Quality Inn & Suites Bethany - Oklahoma City West

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t a bad stay it just didn’t look clean. The hotel itself felt very outdated. We felt like the bed sheets weren’t clean enough we also did see a few bugs in our room. The ac didn’t seem to be cold enough and made the room feel humid. Breakfast wasn’t the best either it just looked very rock hard and some didn’t have a good taste we just stuck with bagels and cereal. The pool area we tried to enjoy but too many kids were diving into the pool and it just felt very chaotic. Staff was very nice and always gave us whatever we needed for our stay.

Property from the outside looked cleaned and well maintained. The room however wasn't like that. The bedding had a whole, the lamp was stained and dirty and didnt work. The restroom has missing tiles. Just overall it wasnt whay im used to when staying at other holiday inn properties. The staff was not welcoming at all, didnt go over anything about the room, or check out information. They took the ID and handed the cards and that was the entire interaction; again nothing like the other properties I have visited in many states. Hopefully they can improved, its the closest property to our friends so I would like to visit tbere again.

The hotel needs a remodel or upgrade

We always stay at holiday inn but this was a complete disaster with 3 rooms 3 floor 3 rooms with no air conditioning most of the time ,broken furniture and the phone didn’t work plus the elevator wasn’t working in the morning we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs so the only good thing was the staff was so apologetic about the situation

I specifically asked about the hot tub and was told it was working 2 days ago and on check in found out it was not. No fridge or microwave in room

The biscuits were very hard, as were the bagels. So the breakfast really suffered. Also, the refrigerator in my room did not work very well, so it did not keep things very cold. Other than those two things, the stay was great.

The property is worn down and quite honestly falling apart. The staff did their best to address our issues (non working keys, dirty linens, broken AC). They rewashed the duvet and moved us to a room with working AC. The owner is obviously not investing in this property and it's just a matter of time before it closes. The coffee was good and the staff did their best but it was a rough experience.

Elevator broke, bed broke, tv broke, no refrigerator in room, hot tub broke, breakfast omg.

I was not notified until a few hours before checking in that the elevator was out of service and our room was going to be on the 2nd floor, a little difficult for a 62 year old with fibromyalgia to navigate. It was too late to make another reservation somewhere else without getting charge for the current reservation if we canceled within 24 hours of checking in! There was a street light just outside the room window and the curtains will not completely close to keep the light out of the room!
