I am not used to not having some info in the room about the amenities in the area. I was surprised there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. We were disappointed that the restaurant & bar wasn’t open on the weekend. However all of your employees were very pleasant & helpful.

"A normal hotel for customers who don’t have high expectations"

This hotel doesn’t provide complimentary breakfast which is normally served in other hotels of the same type. For the paid breakfast, the quality of food is poor. Other than these, the living conditions are ok. That is why I rate it three stars.

"Perfect airport hotel stay."

Breakfast was available for a good amount of time. There was a huge selection of food and drinks - porridge, pancakes, eggs, sausage (two types) biscuits, yogurts, cereals. The wait staff were very friendly too.

Honestly I have nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Shuttle was helpful and on time. Pool was small but exactly what we needed for the kids to blow off some steam before bed.

"Would stay again"

One night stay for a quick visit to Durham. Clean hotel, spacious room, good shower, comfortable. VERY good Mexican restaurant nearby. Breakfast buffet was fine; it’s not included with hotel stay.

The guy at the restaurant, Joe was superb! There a generous portions and delicious food. Parked at the hotel as we travel to Kentucky and the shuttle was very accommodating..
