That they lock the front doors at night and you have to go on the other side of building to smoke outside or enter the building

Room was nice, staff was very friendly.

The breakfast options are not the greatest, potatoes are soggy, not enough fruit varieties. There was also a light that was shining right into the room.

I pay that kind of money for a room it should not need maintenance. There was holes in the bathroom wall that needed repair, the shower knob falls off, needed new caulking.

The breakfast and staff were nice.

No one at the front desk for check in. Ceiling had mold and peeling paint in bathroom, missing trim. Huge stains on carpet, hair in sheets. Overpriced. It looked like a motel in our room. The sun shade let all the light in because there were no drapes. We travel so much and this was by far the worst holiday inn room that we have experienced. I wish I had taken pictures to show you. It was room 402.

Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and breakfast had both hot and cold choices

The staff - especially Skyler - were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My husband is a paraplegic and the wheelchair accessible room was actually accessible! A lower bed, a roll-in shower, on the first floor and dressers that were within reach. We will return!
