"Overall it was a great stay!"

I love the cleanilness and the front desk man Gilbert was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable also!

The pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. My kids were very upset they couldn’t use the pool.

"Go somewhere else. "

The first we they have is the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to move across the hall. My kids wanted to go swimming, we get down there only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance. The bathroom door looks like someone had punched a hole in it. The looked worn and dirty. Breakfast was a major disappointment. No cereal and all and the pancake machine was broke. No forks anywhere and there were very limited options. Don’t stay here. I wish we would have drove a little farther to Wichita.

"We will not be staying at a Holiday Inn Express in the future!!"

We were told that breakfast would be served from 6:30 until 9:30. We got to the area at 8:45 and they were out of just about everything.

No hot water that morning! Ice machine didn't work!

Elevator and pool out of service for weeks - weren't notified in advance. Booked a queen suite, they didn't have one available. Not good at all.

The elevator was out of service. Really!?! Plus the hot water took forever to warm up in the shower. Our room door had a gap you could see through. The tub was Rusty. Room was clean but common areas were NOT clean! Stuff and spills on the floor and carpet. We won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Person at checkin was pleasant and knew the area and gave good recommendations of where to eat. Snow removal around parking lot could have been better.
