"ELEVTOR DOOR TRAPPED US IN!!!!!!!!!!"

Biggest problem was my son and I got stuck in the elevator, when we first got there the elevator door was slow and you can see was sticking, later that night my son and I used it and the door got stuck on our floor. Luckily it opened just enough to get my fingers in and I was able to pry it open. If my son, daughter, wife had been in the elevator alone they would have been stuck. Front desk didn't offer anything to make up for this major safety issue, didn't offer a discount or anything. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE AND THE HOTEL KNEW IT WAS STICKING. NOT HAPPY OR IMPRESSED.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff (especially kala and rayla) were phenomenal. I would never stay at a different hotel. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. I love this hotel!

"Home away from home "

Frign amazing service and will immediately fix a situation that may come up. I stay here more than I do at my own home. It’s a home away from home with exceptional staff and service. Lots of parking space, close to all restaurants and grocery stores. Iv never had a complaint towards anyone here. Highly recommend for any sort of stay, long or short.

I have been staying at this hotel for months. The staff are always happy to see me and my crew and always go above and beyond for us. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Good job Drayton valley holiday inn express!

Upon arrival we are always greeted with first name familiarity which always makes us feel like we are coming home. For men who always work away from home this always gives us a deep feeling of welcome which is always treasured. We would never use another hotel because of this. Front desk staff is always stellar. Keep it up!
