The location was fantastic, beds super comfortable, very nice aesthetically.

The hot tub temp was definitely not where it needed to be, a lot cooler than stated on the sign. I told 2 different people about the temp discrepancy and neither seemed to care.

The room was great, staff was great, but compared to my trip in August I paid more this time for the exact same room and last time my breakfast was included and this time we were told it would be $15/person and I was traveling with my 75 and 72 year old parents and I understand the cost can fluctuate but to have a wonderful breakfast experience included last time for less than $100 and to pay almost $150 this time and not have it included was a bit ridiculous. Not sure if I will rebook in the future.

That breakfast wasn't included this time around and no one could figure out why.

Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush shower water pressure was whorrible ! Maintance was spraying a room for roaches when I got of elevator to leave so I don’t bother complaining !
