"My stay was warm, inviting, peaceful and fun!"

The receptionist who assisted me at check-in was personable, warm, funny, and knowledgeable. She made a point to ask if I was a rewards member to ensure I received my points, which I truly appreciated. She also took a moment to chat and engage in friendly conversation, which is always such a pleasant experience when traveling. I feel terrible that I didn’t catch her name, but if there’s any way to find out who she was, please extend my kindest gratitude and appreciation to her.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfy but I do appreciate the amount of pillows and blankets! I also have an incredible bed at home so it may not be fair to compare the two. Additionally, there was a left over razor, hair from a brush and a tissue in the bathroom trash that must have been from the previous guest. Aside from that, the room was clean.

Free parking and decent breakfast. The staff was nice too

My room was located beneath the lobby floor (possibly in the basement), where I could see people’s feet walking up the ramp through the window. The hotel's location was not ideal either — it was dark and situated in an industrial area.
