From looking at things it makes you think they have a hot tub when they don’t.

Large breakfast. Large room. Air con. Staff tried very hard.

Swimming pool is closed for about 12 days every April -May, and they won't tell you if that will affect you until you arrive - make sure you ask while you can still cancel. Very expensive for what it is. Could have stood a longer duvet.

Great service and fast check in

The staff was great. We complained about the heater not working and we were transferred right away to the next room. The only thing that disturbed us was when the fire alarm sounded, we all rushed to the hallway and learnt that it was a false alarm because children played with it.

The beds were like sleeping on plywood, the breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff let someone else with the same last name as me cancel my reservation without even calling me or asking me about it. I had to get them to put the room back in my name, thank goodness they weren’t full and I still got the room I reserved. I would not recommend this hotel Over priced for what you get

No complaints except that we had booked this hotel as it had a water slide. Water slide was not in use while we were there and they no longer have a hot tub.
