Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Canton by IHG

The hotel is conveniently located near exit 119 on I-55. This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The bathtub has been painted and the paint is badly peeling. Also the painter was not careful and there is paint in the edges of the fixtures. There is something in the areas where the tub meets the wall. Could be mildew or mold I can’t tell. The state of the tub was such that we decided to skip a bath for this day. It appears that the sink and countertops have been replaced and they are clean and nice. The curtain on the window is worn and has small holes along the outbid sides that you can see sunlight through during the daytime. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying at this property.

Great front desk manager horrible room

Location was good. When we checked in the desk person was nice but on his phone talking to someone the entire time. Bed was comfy

the facility was not nice. Appeared to be in remodel and had an odor we couldn’t touch. When we checked out the desk clerk was not friendly when I complained about not getting the right room I reserved. Our bathroom had a burnt wall by a plug in with a melted hairdryer and the light fixtures were rusted bad. The desk clerk offered a shower bench for the place of a roll in shower room I reserved we got a seat.

The location was fine, room clean and staff were great!

Beds really comfortable tub slippery

It was an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. The dining area was clean and nice to sit and enjoy breakfast before starting our day. I

I didn't get a chance to do make waffles so that was a disappointment.

Very Kind Staff! Very hospitable

Por fuera se ve bien, pero por dentro todo esta sucio, habia mucha gente en el lobby como si hubiera una fiesta, todo mundo gritando, la carpeta del elevador estaba totalmente sucia al igual que las carpetas de los pasillos, el aire acondicionado hacia demaciado ruido al prenderlo. Honestamente esta locacion me a dejado una muy mala experiencia, solo esperaba a que amaneciera para irme de ese lugar., y honestamente no quise ni tomar desayuno "GRATIS" pues el desayunador esta tambien muy lleno de personas, y dudo mucho que hubieran sido huespedes, porque observe a otras tantas, estacionandose solo para ir a tomar desayuno, no se si este Hotel regala comida a personas del exterior pues eso me parecio. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTA LOCACION!!!
