Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Inverness by IHG

There was very little space in the room for disabled for a wheelchair to turn around like in between the beds and around the corners by the desk. There was only one tiny little bar of soap on the sink in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The view was the peak of the roof of the building next to me. I was on the third floor.

Everyone is super nice and the property is normally very quiet

The next time I stay I will stay only on the third floor because I like the quiet. Little kid running over my head early in the morning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! My husband and I were amazed at how clean the breakfast room was, everything was also fresh!

The AC in the room worked but at times it felt a little warm. We had our newborn with us and felt like the air was not constant so it was a little concerning. But it did click on every so often.

The property was very clean and have a nice free breakfast. We had an overnight stay but it was comfortable for all of us.

I understand that a lot of pet owners create excessive damage. But my elderly Yorkshire terrier didn’t make a peep or cause any damage yet I had to pay $30 extra for him to stay. I understand your policy, but it’s enough for me to try to look elsewhere to accommodate my pet
