"Good, could have been better but you get what you pay for."

The staff were friendly. The free shuttle was a great amenity. 24/7 coffee machine was delicious and convenient! Breakfast was good.

The rooms and bathroom were dirty. One of the rooms stank especially in the bathroom, it smelt like urine. The rooms were hot upon entry and took awhile to cool down.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms and entire hotel were extremely clean. Parking is ample. Plenty of luggage carts. We were there for a concert and the hotel offers a shuttle service, saved me $75 for parking at the event.

Close to everything and was pretty clean. Breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. With to go bags if you wanted take breakfast to go! Staff friendly and professional!

Asked for different body soap and more towels never delivered!!!! Asked for them 2 nights in a row but never received them. Should have had money taken off my bill or credit or gift card given or complimentary 2 nights any holiday inn express. It is clean and modern updated. Just needs newer carpet.
