The location is perfect for attending a sporting event. Walking distance to the stadium and restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean comfortable and safe. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. We would stay here again. We chose the location because of the sunrise hot air balloon tour early morning nearby. The location was good for a day visit to Scottsdale as well.

"Will most likely not stay here again."

I’ve been here three times and it’s close to many good places.

There was dog feces underneath our bed left behind from a previous guest. Although the hotel gave us a discount, when this was brought to their attention, they lied. We were told that dogs were not allowed on our floor. Then my wife and I saw two guest with small dogs in the rooms across from us.

The guys at front desk was great when came to check in for the room. Pool was good also. The first room that eas giving had a very strong smoke smell and also the bathroom toilet bowl under it was very dirty and was push off . So I did ask for another room. Second room was better but had a very is strong smell like the carpet has not been cleaned. I went to get carpet fresher to help try n get the smell out.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking is great. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable. Pillows are still full size and you have a choice of soft or firm. Breakfast was good and we were there for 5 days and nice variety every day. Not the same old thing. Pancake machine was broke but it was still good.
