Because it was booked thru a 3rd Party (Expedia) we weren’t informed that the elevator WAS OUT! So, no partial refund will be given, but was offered if we had booked online or phone to the property directly

Clean and good food. Staff Kendra was awesome

Elevator broke so we had to take stairs. Since we are older in our 70s and husband had back surgery years ago we only reserve hotels with elevators
