"I loved paying more to book thru booking.com. Why do you make it so difficult to get thru the hotel"

The pool was frigid. I liked that there was a hot tub to warm up in after trying to swim. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was centrally located to what we wanted to do. Lots of shopping around showing was really nice

The room was totally uncomfortable with the temperature. The fan would not shut off. So if it was on cool it was blasting cold air. If it was on heat it was blasting heat. There was no getting comfortable. the persons sleeping in the first bed got the worst of it. shutting off the thermostat did nothing. we complained at the front desk and I don't think that did any good.

"My stay was fine. The first room I was in the sink wasn’t draining & the maintenance guy had just left for the night"

"Great staff worst room"

The staff was very nice. Loved the hot tub. The room was very clean.

The indoor pool was not heated enough still a little to cold. Our lamp in are room went off and on, when we tried to take a shower the nozzle came right off would not pull up and our dinner we paid for was not the greatest. We love going to this hotel just to get a break but this is the worst room we hav had.
