Delta Hotels by Marriott Huntington Mall

The location was very clean and quiet even on a Friday evening in the late summer.

Nothing.

In March I reserved a room at this hotel for August, I booked through booking .com selecting no pre payment needed, pay at the hotel. The day of the stay as my family was on the way I got a notification to update my payment method within 30 minutes to keep the reservation , I did it immediately. Booking .com sent me my hotel confirmation and charged my card $335. I then received a notification from the hotel that they had cancelled my reservation and booked my room to someone else. Given that it was a very busy weekend my family had no where to stay as all surrounding hotels were booked. The hotel made no effort to assist in this or offer a refund.

Excellent stay. Great room. Comfortable bed. Relaxed in the pool and hot tub for a nice quiet time. Definite recommend staying here.

Very close to cp. easy drive and much cheaper than the hotels on the island

After a very long day on the road, my widfe and I checked into the Delta Hotel in Barboursville, WV and were rewarded with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy by our representatives, Ericsa and Brianne. Erica reviewed the various amenities that Delta offered and Brianne encouraged us to eat at the hotel with a strong endorsement for the variety of menu items. We elected to do so. Jason assistedc us in the bar area with drinks and food ordering, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. He checked on us regularly and gave us the very best in customer service. It is evident why the Manager, Macy Adkins, hired these representatives because they presented the utmost in customer relations. We retired to our room and found it very comfortable and relaxing. The accomodations certainly met our expectations and we enjoyed a v ery restful sleep. The next morning we checked out and complimented the staff on the experience that we had with the Delta. We'll definitely be visiting again!
