"Despite that shortcoming regarding the key card, all in all, it was a memorable, happy stay for us."

Breakfast, choice of foods available, and cleanliness was matching my high expectations.

The key card to room 506 was not functioning smoothly. The lock was repaired once, but the cards remained trouble shooting. On one occasion, after my meeting, I had to telephone my wife from the front desk, and ask her to come down with her card, enabling me to reach 5th floor.

"Good hotel great staff"

The location is great . The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and polite

The hotel should ask the council to put a set of traffic lights or zebra crossings from the hotel to the shopping centre . As that is a busy road and itโ€™s very difficult to cross the road if you are older

We were very happy as it was a memorable first stay with our newborn. Staff has been understanding to our needs and helped us along the way while we were managing our little one . Thank you guys . It was a pleasant and amazing stay indeed.
