Fizemos a reserva e o pagamento antecipado da nossa vaga de estacionamento. Porém, ao regressarmos de um passeio, fomos informados de que a vaga havia sido alugada para outro hóspede, contrariando a garantia dada anteriormente por uma funcionária.
