"Wonderful Hotel to explore Hull"

The staff were amazing, welcoming, friendly, personal. They made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a good standard, fresh and kept organised and clean.

The cleaning on a one week stay could have been better. It was clean but felt like minimal turn down. During a longer stay it would be great to have at least one deeper cleaner mid way.

Tuve inconveniente de ultima hora, solicité cancelar una noche y fueron demasiado burdos en la respuesta, la persona de recepción que hizo checkout muy poco atenta. No regresaría a ese hotel en Hull

Very near to the train station, requested quiet room on an upper floor and that is what we got. Bed very comfortable
