Great, friendly staff. Had an unexpected extra kid staying with us and they accommodated with extra blankets and pillows.

Property absolutely dated..... The outisde looks like a holiday inn the inside of the room resembles the first ever built Holiday Inn Express

Room was always clean upon return from a days out. Food was amazing. And bar always was a good time. The front desk was always understanding with us if there was an issue, they were professional and quick to fix/help. The location is great for anytime runs to a gas station or quick bite to eat. Definitely was impressed and loved the stay considering they dealt with 21 military members drinking everynight

Great cold ac, good dining in the lobby, room service comes every day to clean and tidy, the only complaints I have is that our tv was slow and didn’t work very well with the remote provided. There is also only 1 set of washer and dryer on the 3rd floor that is inconvenient to say the least.

Friendly and good food. Clean room everyday with clean towels and new sheets. 24/7 front desk service with vending machines and a washer and dryer on the floors. Nice pool area with 3 private areas for pool lounging. Nice workout area too and great hours.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Temple Belton. The front desk staff was very nice, Especially Princess and Dee ! They Really Deserve a huge pat on the back. They were VERY HELPFUL.Also Housekeeping was on point with keeping my room fresh daily. Last but not least the breakfast and dinner crew are amazing. Thanks soon you all again.

One problem with facility: all the charging outlets are extremely loose fit so that often they don’t charge the phones. Also at about 6:20 am the facility fire alarm went off waking and scaring the whole population. I called front desk for an explanation and was told it was an accidental activation of the fire alarm. When I asked if we were clear of all fire danger I was told ‘We are still checking some of the floors.’

The waiter in the restaurant didnt seem to know what he was doing. He was the host and waiter and seemed to stay at the host stand on his phone. WE WERE THE ONLY Customers in the restaurant and still had to ask for more more drinks.
