"Great stay"

Received a text before our trip letting us know our accommodations would be ready which was a first for any chain we’ve stayed with which was very impressive. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff and were checked in promptly. Our room was very nice, very comfortable and extremely clean. Everything about our stay was first class in every way and if we’re ever in the area again will stay there.

Breakfast buffet and special-order eggs were excellent. The two attendants in the breakfast room were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was exceptional; clean, very comfortable, with nice amenities.

"Good"

The property was good overall, but a broken Keurig and bathroom plug made it inconvenient. They attempted to fix it, but couldn’t and offered to relocate us. I did t want to pack and unpack again so asked for an extension cord to reach the bathroom. Instead of the breakfast buffet we opted for breakfast that was “made to order”. That was below average for $13. Omelettes came out cold. There are other eating options nearby that would be better if you have the time. Like IHoP. I probably won’t stay there again but the staff was amazing and

"Very unhappy"

Facilities & room were great, decent location

Upon arrival I was told I'd have to wait because check in is at 3pm. I informed the desk person I requested and was approved for early check-in. The desk person seemed irritated but tried to keep their composer. On check out day at 9Am the cleaning crew tried to enter my room while I was about to enter the shower. All I got was a head shake and a half hearted sorry with no eye contact from desk management.

It was very nice with modern decor. The hostess and manager were very helpful as I was traveling with my elderly mother. I was so impressed and thankful that we had chosen to stay there.
