Staff - professional and welcoming Location Clean and room size

Not sure what it was on Saturday night but I felt like I was in a dance club. Lots of heavy bass. There were no noticeable clubs outside the hotel so it must have came from a room

Lo que NO me gustó fue que me cobraron más !! Dije anticipadamente que quería pagar cash y usaron mi tarjeta !! El día jueves era el previo pactado el día viernes incrementaron el precio por que dicen que es viernes y eso no me lo dijeron ni ustedes ni ellos !!

Lo que escribí arriba no me gustó me cobraron de más

I canceled my reservation 2 days in advance, which I had been told I could do. They refused to accept my cancelation, so I paid $169 for a room I didn't stay in ( and which they re-rented to someone else. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Loved the coffee machines! Wish the pool was in a different location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Liked having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall, but the print was too small to tell them apart easily. 😊

"The stay was very relaxing."

The stay was great. The rooms were nice and clean.

The idea of having the toiletries locked in the shower and at the sink but nothing by the tub. The complimentary gift could've been better. Water and a small bag of pretzels ☹️ Never had to pay at check in. The gentleman that was there never addressed me. Never said one word to us from checkin or each time we entered the lobby while he was there. Always looking at his computer screen.
