Joanne was amazing. She was very friendly and willing to assist with directions to nearby trade show.

Our stay was very nice! The room was comfortable and clean. Loved all the Dove soaps and body lotion. Breakfast was great! Very nice staff! Our stay was excellent and will stay at Holiday Inn express again.

Jo Anne is the friendliest person even at 5 am. I went down for coffee before breakfast opened and she was cleaning the coffee area. We struck up a conversation about the Redneck Rumble we were in town for. She had tips and knowledge she shared with us since she has been living in Lebanon for the last 30 years. She was a delight to talk too! I felt like we had been friends for years. Jo Anne and Paulina had the cleanest, nicest breakfast area I have ever been to. Everything was absolutely delicious and the serving area and the eating area just sparkled. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. They do an excellent job of making each guest feel special and welcome. The hotel was excellent and when we entered the door, the clean smell just made us feel welcome and at home. We definitely enjoyed the Bunn coffee makers and the availability of coffee all day and night. That was a special treat since other places charge for coffee and now sometimes water! The next time we visit Lebanon, we will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn Express/Lebanon and Nashville! The staff, Jo Anne, and Paulina are over the top!

Nice facility and comfortable.

Tub was slippery. My husband didn’t see the bath mat and slipped out of the tub. It should be in there at all times or tub surface changed.

We have had an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lebanon, TN. From the swimming pool to the comfiest beds, we have not been disappointed. We especially loved the free breakfast in the morning. Jo Ann was very helpful and hospitable at breakfast, and even made us feel special when she remembered us from our last stay. While I don’t know his name, the man at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, making it feel like a temporary home more than a hotel. It was quiet all night and I slept amazing! The rooms were clean and the towels smelled like soap. Overall, our experience at the Holiday inn was all positive, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent stop right along the interstate. Very comfortable room for our family of five. The children loved the pool and the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, hot breakfast. Convenient stop on way to Dollywood from Nashville. Thanks Joanne and Paulina!
