The only complaint we had was the indoor pool was ice cold we couldn’t swim, that was the main reason we booked a stay here so that was a little disappointing

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, specifically regarding the conduct of the breakfast staff. While the first day of my stay was acceptable, the experience quickly declined due to multiple concerning interactions. On the second morning, my family and I were seated in the breakfast area during the posted hours of 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. At approximately 9:10 AM, the television was turned off without explanation. When we asked about it, a staff member stated she turned it off because breakfast was “about to close” and she needed to begin cleaning. This made us feel as though we were being rushed out before the actual closing time. We also observed that another couple who arrived after us was not asked to leave at that same time, which raised concerns about inconsistent treatment. The following morning, the situation escalated further. My daughter coughed, and the same staff member responded by saying she needed to see a doctor. Shortly after, my son coughed while preparing his breakfast. He had not touched any food or opened any containers, and he followed proper etiquette by coughing into his sleeve. Despite this, the staff member began raising her voice and accusing him of coughing over the food, which was not accurate. I addressed the situation immediately. What is most concerning is that the situation was later misrepresented. The staff member claimed there were many people in the breakfast area and stated that others got up and began throwing away their trays because of my family. This is completely untrue. At the time, there were only two other patrons present, and no one discarded their food or trays in response to the situation. Additionally, a front desk employee who was not present supported this inaccurate version of events. I strongly encourage management to review the camera footage to verify what actually occurred. Throughout these interactions, I also noticed a difference in how other guests were treated compared to my family. Other guests were greeted warmly, while we were not, which contributed to the feeling that we were being unfairly singled out. As a parent and educator, I take pride in teaching my children proper behavior in public spaces. The way this situation was handled—particularly the tone used toward my child and the decision to address him directly instead of speaking with me—was inappropriate and unacceptable. Overall, this experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I expected a welcoming environment and instead encountered behavior that felt dismissive and unfair. I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter and a response outlining how it will be addressed. Unhappy guests

Food service team was so very kind.

We were greeted warmly when we checked in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Omelets and sausage were very good. They had a good milk selection and several juices as well. Plenty of seating and everywhere was clean. They even had Cinnabons. Excellent stop for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

It is very clean, has everything that you need for ur stay. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the staff is super kind. The kitchen ladies are super nice and very welcoming. Than you Joanne and Gali for giving me a good start on my day.

I eat the breakfast and JoAnne and Gali, did an amazing job preparing a delicious breakfast in an extremely clean and friendly environment.

We stayed at Lebanon, TN. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt for breakfast.
