The property was truly a little hideaway, just a short ride out of the centre by a grab/ the shuttle they offer into town is great! The property was decorated beautifully it really was a lovely place to relax.

Although it is great they included breakfast in the price and most other places do not, they didn’t cater much to the veggie & vegan option. That didn’t stop us from going out and exploring beautiful chiang mai though! Also, the sun beds are on a first come first base scenario so keep an eye on them as once they’re full people relax by the pool until the sun goes down. As well, if you smoke it’s outside the hotel building at the end of the car park on the street. Really lovely pool side and staff though so can understand why!

Staff was very friendly and the amenities were clean. The location was convenient and the grounds were very beautiful

There were not enough chairs at the pool. We were not able to sit comfortably by the pool as all of the loungers were taken daily.

Had nice pool but no handrails same as washroom need bars

Food was served appropriately 15 minutes apart one person finished eating then waiting for other meal that came out vegetables plate prior to meat and were cold

Location was great, little bit away from the night markets, but close enough you could walk. Hotel is on a quiet road set in a beautiful garden, nice place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the city and surrounding areas. Staff were great and very helpful. Great cocktails by the pool. Would recommend.

It's a wonderful oasis of calm but only a ten minute walk to the bustling old town. The owners live on site and pay attention to every detail. The gardens and pool area are stunning, the food is delicious and every member of staff bends over backwards to be helpful and friendly

Aircon is a little loud and shower is not the best. Otherwise a great place.
