No stuff to help even with the luggage, no restaurant was available nothing at the hospital you can enjoy, its will be the last time bed and towel they are very dirty

It’s getting tired. No water in your room. Mini bar half empty. Shower takes 15 minutes to warm up.

Breakfast was not a good value for the price.

This is an exemplary hotel, and one of the best domestic InterContinentals. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful staff abound and seem to know what you want or need the moment you do. The lounge is lovely, well appointed, and relaxing. The rooms are clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient - a block from South Station, and with its own water taxi dock (this is THE best way to and from the airport, by the way). I redeemed points for my recent stay, and while some hotels may treat you 'lesser' for point redemptions that was certainly not the case here - the staff thanked me for my loyalty and ensured the stay was a value for the points.

This is a true five-star InterContinental property - its service is on par with the best of them, the food and dining options are exquisite, the welcome amenities are thoughtful and personalized, and the true gems are people like Lily at the front desk. As an IC ambassador, I am very selective about where I choose to spend my time. The intercontinental Boston never disappoints, but because of the true exemplary check-in that Lily gave me in the beginning, I feel compelled to share this review. It all started off with Lincoln who answered the phone at the front desk, he assured me that everything would be set up and that they would do everything I could to make my stay relaxing. This put my mind at ease, and then paired with the great service I got from Lily upon check-in, I could tell all would be well. She not only asked if I had any plans for the evening but offered the concierge services, As well as seeing if I needed any help with my bags or anything else that she might be able to do. If I needed any assistance I know that she would have made sure that people were willing to help with alacrity. Lily gave me a warm welcome and thanked me for being a diamond member. She also went above and beyond to follow up later making sure that I was enjoying the thoughtful upgrade that was available when I checked in. There's something unique about the five-star service, with a five-star property in the heart of a beautiful city like Boston. It is where local charm meets sophistication and high-end service, and people like Lily carry out the high level of service with grace. Thank you so much to the entire InterContinental team and Lily in particular. I can tell you go far, and look forward to spending another weekend with you in the future. Hotel room was spacious and bested other IC rooms of the similar caliber. Grand as the IC Madrid, but new and modern like the IC Malta or IC San Diego. Hallway leads into huge bathroom, with both a shower and bath And the water pressure is superb. Delighting in the small elegant touches, I appreciate the tasteful decor, local Boston art framed in the bathroom (yes it is spacious enough with great ventilation for a framed piece of artwork), and also the thoughtful spaces to put personal items and clothes in the custom dresser/table feature below the TV. Francesca, Nuva, Fumio, and Spero have also been amazing on past days, but I don't believe they are there anymore - yet the hospitality touches live on in the current team.
