InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta by IHG

First time visit to the Buckhead area of Atlanta and really enjoyed it. Great and helpful staff.. Small but beautiful outdoor pool... Spotlessly clean.. Close to upscale restaurants and shopping.. Excellent food at the Americano.. Everything a 5-star hotel should be and is!

Everything was great. Got my regular room we usually stay in. very clean and quiet. Good location and the club longe was nice as always. Friendly staff.

This is our favorite hotel in Atlanta and has the best staff of any hotel we've visited, whether in this country or Europe. Breakfast is excellent with very attentive and friendly servers. Love this place.

We will never stay anywhere else! Not only were the accommodations exceptional, but each and every staff member went to extraordinary lengths to maximize our enjoyment. Michael Hull and Vassil were the first examples, and each succeeding member of the staff with whom we dealt were almost shockingly kind.

Great location even better private dining room in Americano.

Fabulous location just a short drive from the airport. The atmosphere throughout the property was both grand and pleasantly inviting. The rooms were impressively large—clean, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The value was outstanding and well worth the cost. During our event, the noise level remained perfectly acceptable. Service was excellent; there was always a staff member available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was an exceptional stay.

The worse service from the satff that I have ever eperienced. I will not be returning and will not have other Intercontinental hotels as myy first choice. Sonoma, CA

Our stay started off with a lovely lady at the check in getting us in early to our room. That allowed us to go explore which was great. The building itself its beautifully maintained and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. If you've been to a hotel with bad staff, you know that when people go above and beyond it just puts the cherry on top. We stayed on the 19th floor which granted us wonderful views and the room itself was clean and well cared for. Very quiet as well. We decided to indulge in the 21st floor lounge and that was amazing. I was also able to book a massage that was 10 out of 10. All in all, the value I got from the hotel far exceeded what I paid. I appreciate everyone who made our weekend as memorable as it was.

Brandon in security was extremely helpful and kind. I left my hearing aids in my room and he found them and fed exed them to me next day. Everyone at the hotel was so gracious.
