I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made the stay extremely relaxing. The location is excellent and convenient, close to main attractions and services. Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with a good variety of options. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Bryan and Mr. Ammar at the front desk, as well as Ms. Khetam at the gym, for their excellent customer service. They were professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

"Great restaurant experience"

We had a wonderful diner at the beach restaurant. The food was cooked on an open fire and was very tasty. The staff, Bader, Mohamed and Amer did a great job with their friendliness and knowledge in explaining food ingredients etc. The be beautiful sunset on the beach made a perfect dinner. Also I want to mention, all the staff of the Intercontinental Aqaba were absolutely great and went over the normal services given. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay. I will do a hotel review later
