"convenient if working at the global expo center"

The hotel is not known by the tourist advisory desk at the airport, and the signage is poor when you arrive at the right address. The hotel is an excellent hotel in many dimensions, and the staff always try to help and please. Great comfort and excellent service. Not practical if you intend to visit Chengdu by walking around since it is located in the new century city aggregated around the global expo center which is in the periphery of the very large Chengdu city.

"Good but breakfast needs improvement!"

The overall service is great except for the breakfast. There is a lot improvement to be made on the variety and food quality (the fruit and cheese are the worst part during my 5 days of stay) of breakfast.

"Fantastic!"

Fantastic staff who were kind enough to give me an upgrade. The quality of the service and room made me wish I had all my meetings in this one location. It was a great place to come back to after a hard day's work. Intercontinental is fast becoming my favourite hotel chain.

"Feels like a 5 star American Hotel"

The InterContinental CENTURY CITY CHENGDU is a great hotel located in a clean and nice part of Chengdu. The rooms are perfect the beds are very comfortable. The Global Center the world's biggest building is located within a 15 minute walk and the Chengdu subway is only a 10 minute walk making it very convenient.

"good breakfast"

bit far from city center, but close to metro line 1. Breakfast is good. But they don't have a swimming pool. hotel is hard to book when there are exhibitions in chengdu.
