Hotel Vesper, Houston, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Oh man, this hotel was great, quaint hidden but not hidden gem… outstanding! I will be going back.

There is nothing that I didn’t like attractive from the outside to the inside decor is amazing. Loved it!

We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at your hotel—my two nephews, their mother, and I—in two separate rooms. In one room, the shower didn’t work because the shower lever was missing, and I couldn’t report it since I discovered it at 5 a.m. In the other room, something similar to fleas bit my nephews and their mother, leaving them covered in bites and welts. When I went down to reception at 5 a.m. to file a complaint, I didn’t receive any kind of response or apology. The only reply I got was that they would inform the manager. I am demanding a refund because I paid for two expensive rooms, and not only were they not clean, but one didn’t even have a working shower. This is unacceptable.
