"Easy, amazing"

We stayed at the Aloft west end. We always choose to stay at an Aloft, we love the experience every-time. Especially the valet parking. In a big city it makes the experience checking in a lot smoother.

I stayed with Aloft and may I say my stay was more then just a typical day. Hayden met me at my door he welcomed me to the hotel helped with my bags all the way to my room which was super helpful after a long drive.He also went the extra mile to ask me if I needed ice and brought me ice from the machine. What an amazing display of service I will be back!

"Disappointed in My Stay – Not the Typical Marriott Experience"

I’m a frequent visitor to Nashville and a long-time Platinum Elite (or higher) member with Marriott, but this stay at Aloft Nashville was disappointing. Check-in staff were not friendly, didn’t acknowledge my status, and offered no info about the property. My room was right by the elevator — noisy most of the night — and had an unpleasant odor. The next morning, the valet was late. I had to ask the front desk to find my keys, search for my own car, and wait outside when the garage call button didn’t work. I was still charged for valet despite the inconvenience. I ended up checking out a day early due to the noise and lack of customer care. Even then, my checkout wasn’t processed by the desk staff. I will still charged for the additional night. I’ve had many great experiences with Marriott in the Nashville area, but this property really missed the mark. I recommend finding another hotel in the area.
