Candlewood Suites Joplin by IHG

First when we just got into the room, it was feeling of humid of mold smell . It made me discomfort. I've plan to change the room , but lazy when moving around. So let's try for another day , got better . And the second thing was the keycard . It was messed up all the time so we had to back to receptionist to reactivate 2 people in reception counter are nice , especially Kim.

Nice place. Roomy, full and equipped kitchen, comfortable, clean, quiet, got a good nights sleep. Only down side, besides the price, was the somewhat crazy route into the property. Unless you come from the north, you have to make a U Turn or work your way through a gas station and make several turns that are not well marked to get to the motel. The building is not visible from Rangeline Rd.

Beds were decent

Hidden behind another hotel, no pool and advised to walk to different hotel for pool. Customer service agent was rude and not even toast in morning

We loved our stay, would've been perfect if breakfast was included and pool and hot tub 😀

It had availability

Very, very expensive for no breakfast, no pool, no gathering spots for visiting- other than a gazebo where everyone went to smoke; room smelled, gave us handicapped accessible when I specifically booked regular room.

staff very friendly, and laundry on site

I went to use the grill in the commons area and there were guests smoking pot in the gazebo area where the tables were. I loved staying there but not so much with the riff raf.
