"Thank goodness for Mrs Dorsey the Operations Manager at Candlewood Suites VA Beach"

We had a great stay. My daughter got sick on Mothers day and Sherissa Dorsey the operations Manager was just wonderful to us. She was very helpful and very kind helping in every way that she could. I would recommend this hotel because of her and the kindness she showed us. I would hope that someone from the main office would acknowledge Mrs Dorsey and even give her a raise in pay. I can't express enough how helpful she was. Thank you Mrs Dorsey for all that you did. From a VERY GRATEFUL MOTHER.

Hotel stay was average. Great location but the property is outdated. We had the loudest people above us till 11pm at night. Hotel did nothing about the noise. Bed was comfortable when we finally could sleep. Good location to Town Center but will not stay here again.

I thought the staff was really quite nice and helpful. Property was a good good standings and I didn’t like the way the door is when you come in with your luggage I thought it should’ve been in the middle with the bigger door other than that everything was really nice.
