Candlewood Suites Sierra Vista by IHG

The rooms were spacious and had kitchens to boot. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

Would have given a better review if... 1.) it were clear on you reservation page that housekeeping is only one a week 2.) if housekeeping had actually shown when scheduled 3.) if the jacuzzi had been operational We do appreciate that fresh bath linens were available daily at the front desk and that basic kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) were included. I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard but overall stay was great.

Everything is as expected from Candlewood. Courteous clerk and clean rooms.

The property and rooms were nice. The only issue we had is that the air conditioner didn't cool like it should.
