Staff was great

Never got the suite we paid for.

The bathroom was horrible! From the handles of the drawers to the actual tub were all dirty and rusty. Even the lamp above the mirror was all rusty. There were no hairdryer and NO PHONE! In the room. Apparently they were “under renovations” and that’s why there were only 5 hairdryers in the whole hotel, and not all rooms had phones. The furniture was dirty and there were cans in or room when we first arrived. Worse part…our room door was open when we arrived! Not staying in this hotel ever again!

The staff is very friendly! But, this property needs some TLC. The first room the tv didn’t work. The second room the refrigerator didn’t work. The 3rd room was ok… although a little tired and worn out.

Worst customer service. My booking was confirmed where I had to stay in the hotel with my family of 2 kids (3 yr old and 4 months old) but the staff denied to give me room for a non sensical reason. I was been told they got 40+ over bookings.. i had to sleep in the car with my whole family for that night since there are no more rooms available in the city anymore. Had the worst day in my life due to worst hotel and staff

The location. The staff were nice.

The bathtub had rust and the door needed to be refitted. The carpet smelled and look dirty.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at...all around a un pleasant experience
