Suburban Studios Waterloo

The stay was great a big spacious suit hotel was very quiet. I feel like house keeping should do a better job there was torn paper behind the TV and under coffee table also toilet seat was broke.

It was secured after hours and was quite

I had a long room And there were only three pillows on the bed

One of the staff members came and picked up the money for 2 days. Saturday to Monday. When I went to check out the situation later, she swore I owed money, and even yelled at me. I only had 200 dollars gave her 160 booked the reservation and 156.00$ was what I owed. Yet she put her foot in her mouth when she described the bills 5 twenty dollar bills, 1 fifty dollar bill, and a 10 dollar bill. Yet she tried to say that I owed her. No she still owes me 3 dollars. With my situation I feel she was trying to get over on me. And she was very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Other than that I feel that they are nice rooms and I'm very happy with the rest of the staff.

Room is good size and clean

Only 2 pillows on a queen bed, when we asked for extra pillows were told we couldn't have them

Room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed. Big stain on the floor.
