Starting with the positive: The young man at the front desk was so nice, very friendly. Since we arrived so late, we weren’t able to address this till the next morning, but we had no air-conditioning and it was uncomfortably hot. The helpful front desk guy moved us the next day, where we had working AC but no TV. Yes, these rooms are cheap so we had low expectations, but having a clean room, bathroom is a pretty standard expectation.

I paid through booking.com, but for some reason I had to swipe my card when I arrived, so I ended up paying twice. This place is a scam!

He couldnt find my Booking.com reservation that i made 2 hrs earlier at 12:20am after a 14hr drive. He required me to buy another room and couldnt refund the first booking. Then the air conditioning didnt work in the room. It was set at 60 when i walked in and was blowing warm air all night. It was a 90 degree day/night. Then no breakfast at all as advertised on booking.com, and no coffee available either. I asked the counter person to refund my money for both bookings and he said he couldnt. I used the app to message the property 2 times but no one replied. Very upset at this.

Management put my son on “no rent list” and did not provide a reason. The manage “Becky” whom is truly a “Karen” was disrespectful to him and a family member. It’s a shame to treat “military associates” in a way that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

First thing pulling onto property, there were 3 people sitting by a car, right across from the entrance, with a cooler and numerous empty beer cans on the ground. Did realize these people were extended stay guests, that were working in the area and were probably just unwinding from a long work week. So, we let that slide. Walking up the stairs, to our room, the carpet was extremely stained, to the point it looked like people had repeatedly drug many bags of dark liquid up and down. You could also see where wheel marks had ground the stains in deep. Opened the door of our room and had an immediate odor or cigarette smoke and the toilet was running. My wife went to use toilet and noticed a dust/dirt pile in corner, by the tub. Also noticed there was only 1 little bottle of shampoo on counter and no conditioner or body wash. While using toilet, it started running again. Went to bedroom and there was dust/dirt under the top sheets and a huge red stain on the carpet. Living room had cigarette burns in the carpet. Couch had stains and uneven, lumpy cushions. There was not any bedding for the pullout couch. Toilet started running again. I'm sure some of this could have been remedied by contacting front desk, but we didnt stay long enough to consider that option. We left and went to another hotel. The good of our experience was, the staff at check in. Very nice and polite.

The staff..the GM took us to the room and let us look at it before we rented it. She was very friendly and accommodating. We liked her a lot...we liked the kitchenette. For the price all was fair. It needs some upkeep but it is clear she is working on it. Wish the pool was operational. We enjoyed our stay.

Just needed minor repairs and no pool needed more light bulbs mainly in bathroom.

It was OK.

Nice size room

Microwave didn’t heat. Toilet was backed up. Small cockroaches and bugs in the room. Booking says front desk closes at 10pm but they close at 8pm! If something is wrong with your key or with your room you’re out of luck! There’s no one to help you.
