Location is centrally located and excellent for St Alphonsus hospital appointments. Complimentary fruit, coffee and tea, all day. Excellent parking, clean inside and out, and an excellent welcome by personable, Zach. Thank you.

High traffic area, and hard to turn into the parking lot during rush hour.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in and when leaving in the morning was very friendly. I checked in a bit late and was given a ground floor room near the lobby, so it got very noisy in the hallway in the morning. Only one night, so just a small issue. Lots of restaurant choices in the area.

The entire staff at the hotel were courteous and professional throughout my time at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted me whenever I entered and exited the hotel. Courtney and Alyssa responded in a timely manner with my requests during my stay at the hotel. This is my third year at the hotel, and I will continue to stay at the hotel on a yearly basis.

The toilet seat did not stay up.
