Great stay! Delicious breakfast! Highly recommend.

The room we booked was actually double booked. But they were extremely helpful in finding us a bed and breakfast nearby with a better room for the same rate. They even made the reservation for us. The bed and breakfast was amazing, we didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast part because we had to leave but it still made a great impression. It was called The Old Saint Angela Inn. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful, welcoming experience at the Jabberwock Inn! Being a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland, I really loved the decor. The hosts were gracious and very attentive & the room was comfortable & cozy. The food was wonderful too. We had a gorgeous ocean view from our room & slept with the windows open to the cool ocean breeze and the sounds of surf & gulls. I'd love to stay there longer, the next time we visit Monterey!

Nothing bad to say about this place....great location, great hosts, great room and great food.

We were placed in the attic bedroom with leprechaun size doors and the door wouldn't lock because it would not engage the door jam. The bathroom sink was triangular and just tucked in a corner, very old and rusty. The shower door wouldn't close because it was uneven so water was all over the floor. It was very warm up in the attic and so we just opened the window for adequate ventilation since the whole house did not have a/c. We were suppose to be staying here for two days but we just left after the first day and decided to stay in another hotel. I do not understand how this place can get a 4.6 rating. The room rates at the Jabberwock are not cheap however, the owner did not reimburse our second day but it was ok since I really do not want to ruin my vacation without getting a good night's sleep This is my first experience of a B&B and thought I would try it since all my previous bookings were in nicer hotels however if all B&B are like this, I will never again choose to stay in another B&B.

Spectacular place! Lovely views, great location, beautiful rooms, friendly owners! This place was so lovely we rearranged our entire trip so we could stay an extra night! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!
