Tradewinds Paradise Villas

Location location location - very quiet right on the beach but in the middle of town. Small complex. Really nice pool. Able to swim off the dock right in front of the villas. Emanuel was extremely helpful.

Furniture was a bit dated - since we didn’t have a balcony to hang things, it would be useful to have a retractable clothes line in the shower. Not sure why pool towels weren’t already in the room - info on that was unclear.

Manuel and team were great in communication, arranging transportation to/from the ferry and making sure we were set up for success!

The beds could have been more comfortable.

Very clean. Emanuel and his staff were excellent! easy access to the shore walk,and streetside. Plenty of restaurants, bars and live entertainment available nearby. Private, quiet and relaxed. Very safe, but the whole area seems safe and locals are very nice and welcoming. We spent most of our time off the property.

Not enough space around the pool, and no bar at the pool. It was byo. This property is condo style with a first floor and second floor units. Many retired snow birds on extended stays. Some were owners, Not all rentals have an outdoor space, like a balcony or porch. Would definitely ask for that amenity when booking.

Quiet, clean, middle of town, lots of onsite parking, and very accommodating staff!! Will definitely stay again!!

Only one bathroom for 4 but it worked out fine!!

The apartment was amazing and perfectly located in downtown San Pedro! It had a perfect kitchen to make breakfast each morning before diving with the shop just a 3-minute walk from us along the beach. We loved the place so much and cannot wait to come back and stay there again!

More hooks for our bathing suits and wet clothes! Everything else was perfect
