The guy at the front desk was nice

Nothing I didn't stay because the whole place looked suspicious and run down the parking lot asphalt was old and ruff the whole building looked in disrepair the awening on the front of the building was ripped and torn off I talked to a local and they said that the place was known for hookers and drugs in your listing it said it was waterfront it was just had a canal out back a list and made you think it was beachfront or something or maybe a lake I wouldn't recommend this place to no one please believe the reviews

I give them one star because they put my deposit on my debit card and the policy states cash, because they make you wait 18 days to get your deposit back on your debit card they rip you off so that they can keep your money in the bank to gain interest on it... on dont let these pictures fool you it doesn't look like this this picture is very old, and pool is not kept up either..... Run do not stay here!!!! staff was nice but he was the one that instead of taking my cash put the deposit on my card!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! Torn awnings, no markings indicating OYO hotel! No front door where I stayed! Dim lighting, old hallways, railings! Bolt on room broken! Had to put a chair in front of the door! The room wasn’t too bad.. floor updated, bathroom updated, bed comfortable.. the place has potential but right now it should be Closed for an overall redo.. I did not feel safe! Nobody would..

Exterior condition looked like it might be closed, hallway had mold smell. Room had horrible fried food cooking odors. Bathtub terrible stained. Complained and a different room was not offered.
