Exceptionally clean! Beautiful decor, cozy home atmosphere! Free WiFi and plenty of TV channel line-up! Plenty of eating places/grocery stores in walking distance, short drive to Monterey Pier!

There was nothing that I did not like about the property— it was Perfect!

This motel is compact, from the parking spaces to the room size, but it is clean and tidy and has everything you want in a room except for a desk, but it has a table that will work in it's absence. It even has a modern sink mirror that has extra brightness built into it for those close up face details. There are only 2 drawers for folded clothing in the TV bureau, so not the best if you are a couple staying more than a week. But otherwise cutely inexpensive! The Sand City Big Box mall is a couple of blocks away, with some eateries and shopping options like Target, Ross, Starbucks, Costco, and CostPlus World Market is next door, and Panda Express is a 1 minute walk away. There are other eateries 5 minutes drive like Ichi Riki (Japanese), Jose's (Mexican), Gusto's (Italian), I would recommend all of these as I have been to them and they are good.
