"A pleasant stay with friendly staff."

Staff are super friendly. Always asking how you are doing, if you need anything or if there are any issues with your stay. Breakfast was decent. Waffle machines, cooked sausage, bacon and eggs. Cereal, fruits and breaded products. There are also pre made sausage and egg biscuits, burritos and pastries if you need a quick breakfast. Hotel is a little on the edge of st Pete, but has good access to major roadways, restaurants and shops so it’s great for a short stay. Overall a nice place to stay.

We came over memorial weekend, so the price of the stay was quite high, I’m sure it would be less if you’re staying outside of a national holiday. Breakfast area is a little small, would get quite busy as the room only seats 30 or so people.

It smelled great as you walked in and everywhere you went. It was very clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was great. It was very quiet. The breakfast had many options, hot breakfast, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, microwave options as well. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

"Comfortable room friendly staff 20 minutes to Tampa Airport"

Easy access to I-275 and about 20 minutes from the Tampa airport. Facility and room was in better condition than I expected. Staff very friendly. Restaurant choices are many but requires a drive of about 5 minutes, nothing within walking distance. My negative impressions from years ago about Comfort Inn are fading away.

Price was higher than I liked but it was similar with the market. Driving is required for restaurants.
