The location was really good and size of room was satisfactory.

The room could of been more cleaner and better ventilated. Also we were told about an extra pet fee at the hotel but was never advised

The staff were very nice. Rick was amazing! Very professional.

The room was not clean neither were the sheets I was given. They smelled bad. The bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly. The sofa bed was horrible you can definitely feel every spring in the mattress. If they had a cleaning company come to help it would be great. It also smelled like smoke & it was a nonsmoking facility. Won’t be back I’ll stay next door at a much nicer hotel.
