Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott

Older property. Pothole on property. Beds older. Bathroom older. Didn’t recognize my Marriott member.

Door locks didn’t work and workout area not maintained.

What’s in my room and had other people walk in my room at the front desk and checked in and gave them my room key

I stayed at one in Scranton with was good but only 1 chair to sit on? We had been traveling and didn’t want to sit on a bed! Shower was great. and one in Wyethville which had an ok one. Tub for a shower was ok but big BR. But I carry wipes with me and had to clean off TV as it had plenty of dust on it?? They were a place to sleep which is what we needed!

Perfect spot to stop For break on a long trip from Canada to Florida Comfortable convenient and clean. Just want we needed

Nice property but showing it’s age.

We liked the suite but the property needs cleaning and upgrading. Our room had several deficiencies such as bathroom fan not working. Dryer in laundry riom not working. When mentioned to staff at check out they said they were sorry and went in to answer a phone call

This was my second stay in just a little over a month. Very nice room both times.

It was quiet and bed was comfortable That’s about the only thing I can say good We were a little put off with the general cleanliness Won’t stop there again

This was a stop for a long trip. Before booking the stay I called to make sure a late check out was available, was told it was. When checking in I again asked for a late check out. Even asked if I need to pay a fee for the it. Was told no fees for it. She told me 3pm was the latest. Which was fine we planned to hit out by 2pm. My friend who didn’t get in till 6am could sleep before hitting the road again. 10am house keeping knocked and woke us up. Told them we had a late check out. 11:50 office called. (Couldn’t answer the phone was broken) 12pm house keeping came back. I told them again we had a late check out. She said that was fine. 12:15pm another phone call. (Answered on speaker this time) At this point we just got up and left because they said there was not request for a late check out and the lady seemed annoyed at this point. The young lady that checked me in was holding a baby. Which didn’t bother me but I should have made sure she put it in. Bath tub was covered in hair, I bring my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom. Floors needed vacuumed. The good thing is the bed was very comfortable even tho we didn’t get the rest we needed.
