Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites by IHG

First we had booked a room that had mobility which we did not know was for handicapped and were given room 105 which was nasty and stunk and had not been renovated in years. Got the room changed to room 200 but it was still just better and at least the window did not look at a metal 20 foot high wall like all the rooms in back, at least I could look at the parking lot. I Lost my Expedia discount and they did not want to print me a receipt when I checked out a day early Cost me 155.00 per night for a 75.00 type hotel. There were other hotels for 100.00 per night I bet they were no worse. We cut our vacation a day short because I hate being scammed. KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE

The staff is so hospitable! Have stayed there several times and never disappointed.

Everything. The cleanliness. The modernness. The comfortable beds. The location to all the shopping in Logan. The pool area. The front desk, especially Patty at night and above all, the best breakfast of a two week long trip, made my Carson, the older gentlemen who was so very kind to me and my mom. This trip to this little town was because I brought my mom back here to her hometown of Logan (really Kistler, a few miles away) and this one night stay was after a long drive from Louisville. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you very much Holiday Inn (and this is coming from a Marriott Gold member)

Property was close to bearwallow trail connector, was able to ride from the hotel.

Amazing stay and centrally located! Great shopping near by and easy trail access to atv off roading! Pool and spa was excellent feature!

The room smelled. That was the biggest problem. The room was cleaned well. It smelled like cigarettes. It was no smoking. Other that the hotel breakfast needs to start at 6:00 am.

Room was spacious. We had a suite with 2 queens. Aesthetics of hotel are horrible. Lighting and ceiling height makes you feel like you’re in a hospital. Our bathroom door had a hole in it.

Hot tub didn't work and they charged me 2 fees. One a security deposit and the other 100 charge they cannot seem to explain. They said it would all go back into my account. The security deposit was returned but no sight of the 100 dollars.
