It was clean, with friendly staff. Breakfast and location was good. It’s great they have a shuttle to JFK.

It was clean, with friendly staff. It’s not upgraded. Examples in the room no USB ports but I could plug in my charger. I wish the price was lower but I had no choice, I needed to stay close for family.

Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Having a shuttle from jfk after a rough several hours after our flight was canceled was very nice for us. Also having breakfast in the morning. All the staff were friendly to us and helpful. Much appreciated.

The staff was all very friendly. I like the convenience of the shuttles for jfk. The room itself was not clean to normal standard. Thankfully I had cleaning wipes with me, because the toilet was disgusting and there was no maid on by the time I got there. Neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Glad I only had to stay one night.
