I love everything about the place!

I wished they offered more coffee in the rooms.

My son and I was in the city for a birthday party and we chose the hotel. We were very pleased by the comfort of the room and beds There wasn't any big issues of cleanliness except mirror was dirty, some dishes weren't very clean and counter had some stuff that wasn't wiped up. Over all I was still pleased .

Staying one night. Every thing is very nice, clean, quiet. Location is very convenient off I-35.

We got there and the check in counter was dirty and had hair on it. I thought oh no…..They had no water to sell and very limited snacks. I got on the elevator and it was filthy. The corners were built up with dirt a grim from not being cleaned. I thought maybe I’ll skip spending the night and push on the 3 hour drive back home. I got in the room and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and in good condition. My room was next to the elevator but I didn’t hear it at all. Checking out the next morning and the lobby floor was very dirty. The check in counter was still dirty from the night before.

Location was perfect for my trip to OKC. I have seen this hotel from the road on my other visits to the area, however was leery due to other reviews. I am glad that I did book my stay. The check-in was seamless and efficient. They were training new staff, however the trainee was excellent in my check-in process. The room was my initial hesitation due to the reviews. How way off base those reviews were. The room was perfect - all of the pictures and the usage of the room were spot on. Location is definitely a plus - just a word of advice when using Uber for a pick up - text the driver not to follow the drive app as the direction will take the driver the long way to get there. The location is easy - right off of NW 12th Street. I will stay again on my return visit. Could not recommend this place more - price, location, safe, and a great to rest and relax.

It was OK but I did point out to the morning desk clerk that for sale items in the freezer had a 2009 expiration date. She was horrified and promptly snatched them out as she should have but one has to wonder why they were there.

The property itself was better than I expected from the photos. The only issue was with check in. Never in all my years of vacations, have I been charged the full amount AND also had a “second pending charge” for the full amount. We stayed 2 nights in a studio so it was like almost $900 held in limbo. I couldn’t imagine if I only had that amount for weekend to eat or play with. There’s something suspicious about that. I’ve stayed in multiple properties across the United States and there’s a charge for the stay and a second pending charge for a lot smaller for incidentals. This should be looked into for those that would be screwed if all their money was held because whoever checked them in, mischarged them for the incidentals. So my advice is when checking in, to clearly ask how much they are charging. Other than that, the room was clean and proper and much more updated than the pics give it justice. Would stay here again even after the issue at check in.
