Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City-Moore by IHG

On this day the room that we had featured a recliner. It had been moved into the middle of the floor and cleaned around. I moved it back in the corner and there was money and food underneath the chair. The end table by the bed was not wiped down because it had sticky residue on it.

Easy access, good parking, excellent kitchen supplies, l loved Watkins products in bathroom. All the places we have stayed in my life this has to be the cleanest bathroom.

I booked my reservation a couple hours ahead of time on the IHG site. As soon as I walked in they greated me with a warm welcome and already knew who I was. (I am horrible at remembering names) but the gentleman who was training was great! He welcomed me and thanked me with my status with IHG. I have traveled to many many hotels in my time and by far this one has been the best customer service. They welcomed my husky with open arms and made us feel right at home. Thank you! The rooms are beautifully remodeled. The beds are comfortable! They are clean and the front office strives to keep a well clean hotel. I highly recommend stopping here. If your staying short term they have a little kitchen with plates to do your cooking! (Please excuse the bed picture my daughter had already laid on the bed before I could get to it!)

Loved our stay, everything was clean and we didn't expect any dishes in the kitchenette but there was stuff so made our stay so much better. Decent price and very nice staff. Will come back if we're ever back here for baseball.

The staff was just as friendly and welcoming as they could be! I was getting my luggage together and it was taking a bit and an employee come out to see if she could bring me a luggage rack. With all the traveling I do there has never been anyone to offer help. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You and your co-worker are greatly appreciated :)

Up on check in I was informed that I would be charged additional $50 for pet fee. The link on hotels.com said pet friendly, will it is but it will cost you an additional $50, wish I would have known that prior to check in.
