ein grandioser aufenthalt mit bestem blick auf den titicacasee in einem tollen zimmer , umgeben von freundlichen menschen. ein hotel was wahrlich in europa so nicht zu finden sein wird.

The stay in the hotel was fantastic and the service and atmosphere in the hotel were perfect. But the management is runned from Lima, what means if there is a problem, like we had with the transport to the hotel due to a misunderstanding from a publicity in internet, it is very difficult to solve, you can waste your time with emails and telephone calls to Lima without getting any result. Even the director lives in Lima, there is nobody taking decisions living in the hotel.
