Lovely ambiance with great customer service. Very tasty food locally sourced - owner made an appearance and helped his staff! impressive !!

WHEN YOU HAVE STAFF WHO OBVIOUSLY ENJOY THEIR JOBS, AND THEY ARE APPRECIATED BY BOTH CLIENT AND MANAGEMENT, YOU HAVE A LOVELY STAY. ADD IN THE LOCATION AND THIS IS THE BEST IN IRELAND.

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance into the town of Dungarvan. Very easy check in / check out. Staff all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious, but I felt could have done with more attention to cleaning, especially in these Covid times, but nevertheless an enjoyable stay. Leisure Centre was great, a lovely big pool and friendly staff. Breakfast was satisfactory and plentiful, but the bar menu was less than exciting so we only ate there one night. Parking was on-site, easy, and free. All in all a nice stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location, bike hire on site to cycle the Greenway nearby was an excellent addition. Our room was next to the cleaners storage area so we were awoken by the staff talking and gathering supplies too early. Also woke during the night by the sound of running water, unsure of the source but wasnt from our bathroom. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Not good. Paid extra for a 'River View' room but, as it was a ground floor room and the river was about 150m away and over a wall, could see nothing. Also, there was a footpath just outside the window so had to keep curtains drawn. Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in regardless of the price. Kettle didn't work and replacement had a thick layer of soap/lard inside. Shower was utterly ineffective - not even a drizzle. Tiles bulging off wall in bathroom as well. Had one dinner in the hotel. I got served within a minute of ordering (albeit with cold vegetables) while my wife got hers when I had just about finished. Breakfast was the only vaguely acceptable stage. Would have told the hotel all this but they didn't even ask at checkout.
